La Lunotte P’tites Vignes, VdF with some crispy chicken goes quite nicely together. The vigneron Chistophe Foucher brings a very natural approach to vinification so this is as natural as it gets. (Wine sold at Chambers Street Wines, NYC)

Arnad Montjovet La Kiuva - a delightful red from Vallee D’Aoste. Very Versatile and created by a co-op so not a single estate wine but very delicious. (From Eataly Wine Shop)

Peillot NV Bugey VDQS Montagnieu Brut - Absolutely spectacular sparkler from the Savoie region of France. It is a natural wine and for a cost of $20, pretty much unbeatable in terms of value. Easily stands up to champagnes that are much more expensive.
