Dry ingredients: 1 cup flour, 2 spoons sugar, pinch salt, pinch baking soda
Wet ingredients: 1 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 grated apple (try to reserve the apple juice)
The batter should be thicker than crepe batter so adjust the ingredients as necessary. To play it safe, reserve some of the milk and add in based on the texture of the batter.
Fry tablespoon size amounts in canola oil.
Serve with sour creme and various fruit preserves.
